- Fini CooperFini helps women reclaim sovereignty over their mental and physical health through breathwork practices. Her journey began through personal trauma, leading her to Bali where she discovered the transformative power of breathwork and somatic healing. She understands how bodies hold unprocessed memories that can manifest as illness and limiting beliefs. Through her own healing journey of releasing trapped emotions and rebalancing her nervous system, she discovered the profound impact of breath techniques. Now trained in breathwork, she facilitates others in their transformation, helping them process past experiences and release old coping mechanisms in a safe environment.

- Bethany HughesBeth is a Naturopathic Nutritionist who approaches health through food as medicine, using targeted dietary and lifestyle interventions to restore balance to bodily systems. She employs diagnostic testing to identify root causes of symptoms, recognising that no two clients have the same history, and therefore no two treatment programmes are the same. Her methodology focuses on treating the person, not their symptoms or conditions, through understanding each client's central nervous system and gut health. She believes that understanding one's body and environment is key to healing, drawing from her own transformative health journey to guide others. She prioritises a holistic approach, empowering clients to understand their bodies and environment as pathways to healing both chronic and acute conditions.
- Angela HarenAngela is a practitioner who advocates for a holistic approach to living life to its full potential. She believes that while humans are born connected and using all their senses, life experiences and traumas can block the ability to connect with self and others. Through creative expression, she helps clients reconnect safely in a therapeutic environment, drawing on the innate healing power of art to facilitate personal growth. Working with adults, children, and parents, she creates a nurturing space where creative exploration becomes a pathway to self-discovery. She uses creative arts as a healing agent to help clients release past pains and blockages, fostering deeper connections with themselves and others.
