Dr Rebecca Hiscutt PhD is a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting people to utilise the power of nutrition to feel vibrant, energised and empowered in their everyday lives. With over 23 years' experience supporting individuals and families, she combines clinical expertise with her research background to translate cutting-edge science into practical, inspiring food strategies. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics and a PhD in Nutrition, and is registered with the HCPC. Rebecca specialises in metabolic health, hormonal balance and women's health across all life stages. She believes deeply in the power of hope and that positive change is always possible, even in the most challenging times.
