Heather Lounsbury

Heather Lounsbury has 24 years of experience as an acupuncturist, herbalist, Reiki master and nutritionist. Her unique holistic and compassionate approach to healing encompasses all aspects of her patients' needs, allowing for the best possible results. She specialises in women's and mental health, with particular expertise in hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, IBS and menopause. Heather holds a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is licensed in the state of California. Her approach blends the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine -including acupuncture, herbal medicine and Qi Gong - with modern nutritional science and lifestyle coaching, recognising that physical, mental and emotional health are interconnected.
